I hid the 13 original paintings in a void property in Balfron Tower, & left them to meet their fate during regeneration. The Triskaidekaphobia paintings are simulacrum & are all painted in different brand of black oil paint.
My triskaidekaphobia stems from the triple child murders that happened on my street in Worcester when I was just 18 months old, by David McGreavy, dubbed “the real Friday the 13th killer”. The number 13 has always haunted me…
